How does it work?

At the cellular level, Light Therapy operates by stimulating the mitochondria, which are the powerhouses of cells. The light energy absorbed enhances the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the main energy carrier within cells. This increase in ATP production promotes improved cellular functions, such as more efficient nutrient absorption, enhanced waste removal, and greater protein synthesis, all of which support quicker recovery and overall cellular health.
