Horse Harmony Ltd will refund/exchange items returned on the following basis:
Please email us at contact@horseharmonyltd.com should you wish to return/exchange your items and we will provide you with our return instruction.
Refunds will be made for any items returned (at the customer's expense) which are in a resalable condition, undamaged, in original packaging and unused within 30 days of receiving the order. If your order was eligible for the free delivery service only the cost of the goods will be refunded.
Exchanges will be made for any items returned (at the customer's expense) which are in a resalable condition, undamaged, in original packaging and unused within 14 days of receiving the order. Any exchanges or replacements will be delivered to the delivery address on the original invoice unless stated otherwise on the returns form. Please note if you are exchanging a horse or pony rug with a detachable neck cover, we must have the neck cover back as well as the rug.
We strongly advise you to get proof of postage and use a trackable service as Horse Harmony Ltd will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance. Please ensure the goods are packaged sufficiently and that they cannot be damaged during transit to us.
We will provide you a full refund (less freight charges) within 10 days from the date of receiving the items back and after performing our quality checked for the returned items. Refunds will be made back to the original method of payment.
Faulty Items:
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
If incorrect goods are delivered they must be returned to us immediately. Do not use the item. If an item is used it is deemed accepted and cannot be returned to us.
We cannot accept returns on faulty goods after 3 months from the order date.
We regret end of line items, ex photoshoot & ex display items cannot be returned.
